Business Development Executive
We are looking for Business Development Executives to join our Business Development team to drive growth in the open-source custom eLearning and eCommerce services business.
Role and Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective clients via calls and video conferencing to understand goals and define strategic and tactical plans aligned to their needs and SaffireTech’s strengths.
- Write, edit, revise, and complete compelling emails, proposals, and other documents to drive prospective and current clients to buy into SaffireTech’s strategies and approaches.
- Negotiate client goals, constraints, and SaffireTech’s resourcing and delivery standards to create detailed contracts, proposals, and project plans that set SaffireTech and its clients up for success.
- Support and grow client relationships through regular check-ins and collaboration with client and production teams; complete all related deliverables to ensure outstanding client service in a timely and insightful manner.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation for deals, client relationships, and projects.
Skill Set Required
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify sales leads, pitch services/products to new clients, and maintain good working relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good networking ability.
- Presentable, smart, and affable personality.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
